Why Silk?
Silk, a natural protein fibre made from silkworms is a soft and breathable fabric.
The average person spends 8 hours a night sleeping, (or at least that's the goal!) that 230,000 hours of our lives. Let's spend that time on a fabric that does us some good. The feeling of being luxurious is a bonus.
The many advantages of sleeping on silk
- Silk doesn't absorb oil and moisture leaving our skin and hair hydrated the next morning
- It causes less friction as we turn in our sleep and reduces frizz
- The lovely smooth surface is gentle on your skin while keeping temperatures regulated all year round.
- Silk is naturally hypoallergenic and prevents the build-up of dust mites, mould, fungus and other allergens.
- Minimise the appearance of fine lines and reduce wrinkles caused by creasing while we sleep. Silk pillowcases are anti-ageing and slow down the new wrinkles from forming
What is Silk Momme?
Like a thread count applied to cotton, the Momme count indicates the thickness and density of silk. A higher Momme count is generally better. Our 22 Momme silk pillows are thick, durable and luxurious.
What is natural dyeing?
Plant dyes are pH-sensitive. Our skin, bodies, hair, tap water and general environment have a specific pH which your plant-dyed item will adjust to as you use it.
Historically natural dyes date back to over 5000 years, some of the most common natural dyes include madder red and indigo blue.
Natural dyes, unlike synthetic colours, are living colours and will inevitably mellow and change with age and wear.

All deliveries will take between 7 to 10 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we can get our stuff delivered to anywhere in India. But don't worry, we're growing fast and soon you'll be able to buy our products from anywhere in the world!
Refund and Exchange Policy
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Is there an eligibility requirement for returns?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sleep-rituals.com. If your return is accepted, we will set up a pick-up by our courier service. on how and where to Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
